What is a virtual meet & greet?

On Fundo, you have the chance to meet your favorite creator from anywhere, using your phone or computer! The virtual meet & greet sessions are a video chat between you, a small group of other fans, and the creator.

When it’s your turn, you can talk to the creator and ask questions! And even when it’s not your turn, you can watch and listen to the other fans ask their questions.

What is a virtual photo booth?

A virtual photo booth on Fundo is just like a photo booth in real life, except done online through your phone or computer!

You will have a short 1-on-1 chat with your favorite creator and together you’ll pose for 3 pictures.

You’ll be able to download the photostrip afterwards and share with your friends!

What do I need to join the fun?

Why do I need to pay for this?

Creators spend a lot of their time making your favorite videos, and to continue to do that they rely on support from viewers like you! The earnings from Fundo events go directly to support their channels and creativity, so they can continue to make you feel all the feels.

How can I pay for this?

You can use all major debit and credit cards, and your information is always processed with the highest level of security.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged when you complete your ticket purchase. You can receive a refund if you cancel within the cancellation policy, or encounter technical problems that prevent you from participating in the event.

How long will I need to wait?

Events on Fundo can be very popular. Please try to be patient. The creator will get to everyone.

A few tips on how our lineup system works:

When the event begins you will get a link to a chatroom where your event will take place. Your place in line is assigned when you first enter that chatroom.

Once you have a place in line, if you decide to leave and come back it will not affect your position. You don't have to keep your phone open while you wait.

What if I need to cancel after signing up?

Creators have a limited number of tickets available. If you sign up but then can’t make it to the event, please cancel your ticket so someone else can take your place.

Our cancellation policy is very simple: if you cancel your ticket before the event starts, you won’t be charged.
